If tour/package date is more than 3 months away, 50% no refundable deposit required to hold and reserve booking, the balance to be paid 2 months prior to day of tour/package to guarantee booking or risk missing dates.
All package/tour bookings must be paid in full within 3 months of the trip.
Package Cancellation & Refunds
All package 3 months or greater can be cancelled with full refund.
All packages less than $1,000 can befully refunded within 2 months or more.
All packages less than $500 can be fully refunded at 1 month or more
All packages can be changed free of charge less than 2 months prior otherwise incur a $100 fee per booking.
Flights Cancellation & Change of booking
Non Package flights are non refundable- change fees are $50 per booking if seat availability is possible.
Packaged flights fall under the same cancellation terms of Package bookings.
Hotels
All hotel bookings 3 months or greater can be cancelled with full refund.
All hotel bookings less than $1,000 can befully refunded within 2 months or more.
All hotel bookings less than $500 can be fully refunded at 1 month or more
All hotels can be changed free of charge less than 2 months prior otherwise incur a $50 fee per booking.
Packaged hotels fall under the same cancellation terms of Package bookings.
Car/Minibus rentals
All reservations must be paid in full
Extra cost incurred for dedicated driver
All reservations made in 1 week or less are non refundable.
